Schneider is seeking an Operations Manager in Portland to provide leadership to administrative associates, drivers and other leaders. The Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering specific business results to achieve excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for coaching and developing front-line leaders.
  • Develop safe drivers through scheduling training sessions, following compliance and having mentoring opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other Schneider teams to develop solutions that meet customers needs.
  • Review financial results to determine what adjustments can be made to maximize business results.
  • Establish yearly metrics and ensure teams are tracking to meet and exceed them.
