Role Description This full-time Healthcare Recruiter role is a hybrid position based in Appleton, WI, with some flexibility for work from home. The Healthcare Recruiter will source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals for a variety of positions across multiple hospital locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining candidate pipelines, coordinating hiring processes with client facilities, and ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle. The role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers, understanding staffing needs, and aligning candidate skills with client requirements. The Healthcare Recruiter will also maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems, provide exceptional support to candidates and clients, and uphold company standards for quality, compliance, and service.

  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to support clients and healthcare professionals with responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
  • Relevant qualifications include prior experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing, familiarity with hospital or clinical environments, and proficiency with applicant tracking or CRM systems.
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
