Job Overview:
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment team's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective hiring processes while meeting client expectations. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on recruiting expertise. The Recruiting Manager will lead and develop a team of recruiters, optimize recruiting processes, and contribute to achieving both departmental and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of recruiters to meet and exceed hiring targets.
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to recruiters to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Set clear performance expectations for recruiters, including metrics for candidate sourcing, interviews, and placements.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews, providing feedback and development plans.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment to encourage high morale and productivity.

Recruitment Operations:
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring roles are filled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source, engage, and hire top talent for clients.
  • Implement innovative recruiting methods, including leveraging job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Optimize the candidate sourcing process to reduce time-to-fill while maintaining quality hires.
  • Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with legal and organizational policies.

Client & Candidate Relationship Management:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients to understand staffing needs and ensure satisfaction with candidate selection.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, ensuring ongoing communication and alignment on staffing requirements.
  • Ensure that all candidates are professionally engaged and provided with an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Serve as an escalation point for any client or candidate issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Metrics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Regularly report on recruitment performance to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on data-driven feedback and market trends.

Collaboration & Process Improvement:
  • Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to understand the evolving staffing needs and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of candidates.
  • Stay current on industry best practices, recruiting technologies, and trends to keep the company's recruitment strategies competitive.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, managing a team of recruiters.
  • Experience in a staffing agency, talent acquisition, or recruitment firm is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to recruit for a variety of positions across multiple industries.

  • Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
