Job description

NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Manager and proven leader to run the programs at the heart of how we attract world-class talent. You'll lead a high-performing team and drive the strategy behind our Employee Referrals Program, Recruiting Learning Center, LinkedIn presence, and "Insider Chats." Success in this role requires more than operational expertise; it demands the ability to inspire teams, align diverse stakeholders, and influence senior leaders across a complex, matrixed global organization. You are a builder, a coach, and a strategic partner who gets things done through people.
What You'll be doing:
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of program managers and specialists setting a high bar for excellence, collaboration, and accountability
  • Drive strategy and execution for NVIDIA's core recruiting programs at global scale, owning outcomes end to end
  • Influence without authority partnering across Recruiting, HR, Marketing, Finance, and business leaders to align programs with company priorities and gain buy-in at every level
  • Navigate a matrixed environment with confidence, building trust and momentum across teams that don't report to you
  • Manage NVIDIA's LinkedIn presence and employer brand to attract top talent worldwide
  • Scale "Insider Chats" and the Recruiting Learning Center to enable recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to show up at their best
  • Grow the Employee Referrals Program into a high-quality, inclusive pipeline engine
  • Define clear success metrics, build dashboards, and use data to drive continuous improvement
  • Work with HR Tech to ensure programs integrate seamlessly with Workday and NVIDIA's recruiting tech stack
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners with a focus on ROI and long-term value

What we need to see:
  • 12+ years in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or HR program management, with significant leadership experience running large, multi-program portfolios
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing teams - creating a culture of high performance, trust, and shared ownership with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across a large, matrixed organization without direct authority
  • Track record of delivering measurable results on global recruiting programs - referrals, candidate engagement, recruiter enablement, and employer brand
  • Strong command of LinkedIn recruiting tools and employer branding strategy
  • Data-driven approach to program management, with experience building KPIs and translating insights into action
  • Exceptional communication skills - able to present to executives, rally cross-functional teams, and advocate for your programs with clarity and credibility
  • Comfortable with AI tools and enthusiastic about putting them to work
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a high-growth tech company, particularly near engineering, AI/ML, or hardware teams
  • Familiarity with enterprise recruiting platforms like Workday
  • Strong commitment to inclusive hiring and building programs that reflect that across regions and functions and thrives in a culture of transparency, flat access, and shared learning - and knows how to design programs that reinforce those values

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
Applications for this job will be accepted at least until July 4, 2026.
