Job description

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Program Manager to lead the launch and ongoing development of a new Day Habilitation program in Brooklyn. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys building programs, developing teams, and creating high-quality services from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the startup, development, and day-to-day operations of the Day Habilitation program and related supplemental services.
  • Recruit, supervise, and support program staff.
  • Develop and implement program systems, policies, and operational procedures.
