The Program Manager II manages the overall execution of the project and coordination of the project team by communicating with stakeholders, managing project reporting on deliverables, supporting project delivery and aligning with the company's overall goals.

    Experience:

    Minimum two (2) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline. OR (6) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree. OR No experience required in lieu of Masters Degree.

    Ensure that all project deliverables and timing are met

    Manage program financials (EAC')

    Interface directly with customers to effectively run a program

    Communicate with stakeholders on project performance and project issues

    Review project schedules with functional project managers and project coordinators allocated to projects

    Coordinate and support program delivery and processes

    Manage project reporting on project accomplishments, deliverables, and milestones against project drivers

    Coordinate each project within the program to ensure that objectives are achieved

    Conduct project meetings and follow up on project issues, schedule, and risks
