Job description

About the Role: 

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our TPM organization. Our mission is to improve engineering velocity, and you will act as a force multiplier on mission-critical, large, complex initiatives with a high degree of cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a balance of software engineering expertise,  leadership, and the ability to drive programs that align with both technical and business goals.

Who You Are:

  • Technical depth to fully comprehend the nuances of software architecture, design and implementation in Cloud / SaaS / Enterprise domain.
  • 8+ years of experience in TPM or Engineering management, with a focus on software development or infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex roadmaps in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective at developing roadmaps, able to guide teams through planning activities.
  • Strong analytical mindset, brings data-driven decision making to drive program improvements.
  • Experience with risk and dependency management, prioritization, conflict resolution, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Asana).
  • Experience in a data, analytics, or business intelligence domain, ideally AI / LLM exposure.
  • Technical background (e.g., former engineer, technical degree).
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., SAFe).

  • Share Information: Define and track KPIs, report progress and escalate issues to leadership.
  • Improve Process: Optimize processes, refine tools, and implement best practices for efficient program delivery.
