Responsibilities for Program Manager include but are not limited to:

·       Partner with stakeholders to develop program charters outlining scope, timelines, objectives (OKRs), resource requirements, risks, and dependencies.

·       Create and manage detailed project plans, breaking initiatives into actionable phases with defined milestones and deliverables.

·       Track program progress through project trackers, status reports, and stakeholder updates, ensuring timely execution of tasks and objectives.

·       Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; gather data to support mitigation plans, escalation reports, and post-project reviews.

·       Facilitate meetings, drive action items, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

·       Prepare and deliver clear, organized communications programs to maintain visibility and engagement with stakeholders.

·       Define project team roles and responsibilities and maintain stakeholder maps to support effective collaboration.

·       Identify stakeholder misalignment, coordinate resolutions, and drive consensus to keep programs on track.

·       Support Product Excellence, inclusion, and brand trust initiatives throughout program execution.

·       Analyze program data, monitor key performance indicators, and recommend improvements to enhance program outcomes

Candidates for Program Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

·       Bachelor's degree preferred.

·       3+ years of Program Management, Project Management, Operations, or related experience.

·       Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

·       Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Details: $77.10 to $94.96 per hour
