Job Summary

The Corporate Recruiting Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Corporate Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruiting lifecycle. This role focuses primarily on interview scheduling and recruiting workflow support, while also serving as recruiter back-up support, assisting with campus recruiting programs, and managing a small number of foundational, entry-level recruitment activities and transactional requisitions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, service-oriented, and comfortable supporting candidates, interview teams, recruiters, and hiring managers in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

Interview Scheduling

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple business functions, including phone, virtual, and onsite interviews, as well as interview-team debrief meetings.

  • Manage recruiter and hiring manager interview calendars to ensure timely interview scheduling and an efficient hiring process.

  • Prepare and distribute interview invitations, agendas, candidate materials, and any interview feedback forms.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and interview teams regarding interview logistics, schedule changes, and next steps.

Recruiter Back-Up Support

  • Provide back-up support to recruiters during periods of high volume, coverage needs or recruiting workflow transitions.

  • Conduct internal eligibility checks in alignment with recruiting and HR process requirements.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related recruiting workflows.

  • Assist with candidate duplicate management to help maintain accurate candidate records and reduce process confusion.

  • Support Workday hygiene by reviewing, updating, and maintaining candidate and requisition information for accuracy and completeness.

  • assist with gathering recruiting metrics, updates to trackers, and status updates for the recruiting team and Talent Acquisition leadership.

  • Support process documentation, standard work, and recruiting workflow reference materials.

  • Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement in recruiting administration, scheduling, candidate tracking, and system usage.

Campus Recruiting Program Support
  • Support TA Program Manager with campus recruiting programs, events, and candidate engagement activities.

  • Assist with candidate pipeline development for early talent, internship, and entry-level opportunities.

  • Provide recruiting event and program coordination, including logistics, communications, candidate materials, and follow-up tracking.

  • Assist with sourcing research and outreach coordination for campus and early talent pipelines.

  • Help maintain campus candidate records, event notes, and pipeline information within recruiting systems and trackers.

  • Partner with recruiters and program stakeholders to support a consistent and professional candidate experience for campus talent.

Foundational, Transactional Recruitment Tasks and Requisition Management
  • Manage a small number of entry-level, transactional requisitions with appropriate recruiter or Talent Acquisition leadership guidance.

  • Support foundational recruitment activities including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and requisition follow-up.

  • Maintain requisition and candidate information accurately in Workday and related recruiting systems.

  • Support requisitions created for the purpose of making an offer to internal candidates, as appropriate.

Nature and Scope

  • Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.

  • Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.

  • None.

Work Environment

  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time.

  • Located in a comfortable indoor office or hybrid work environment. Most of the time is spent sitting and working on a computer with frequent interaction with candidates, hiring managers, interview teams, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition team members. Minimal travel may be required for recruiting events, campus activities, or team meetings.

Education and Experience

  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Certification may be required in some areas. Generally, 0-2 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 0-1 year of experience in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant; Campus/Early Career Recruiter, or Junior Recruiter.
  • Experience in scheduling and calendar management using MS Office - REQUIRED
  • Innovative with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, service-oriented, and comfortable supporting candidates, interview teams, recruiters, and hiring managers in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

This is a hybrid position. Eligible candidates residing in the greater Atlanta area will be asked to work two days a week in our Doraville, GA Field Support Center.
