The Challenge
The Senior Program Manager is a critical member of the Engineering Operations team at OneTrust, responsible for spearheading cross-functional initiatives. This role will work with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and UX teams within R&D, and partner with Go-to-Market teams to drive tangible and measurable business outcomes aligned to the Company's strategic objectives.
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for planning and operationalizing initiatives that advance operational efficiency in an AI-native world, enabling R&D teams to deliver world class innovation at scale. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, strong communication with a foundation in SaaS R&D team practices, and a curiosity to establish new ways of working.
Your Mission
  • Partner with Product / Engineering / UX, and Go-to-market teams to realize strategic objectives through high impact programs
  • Discover gaps in current operations and scope new initiatives to address gaps
  • Define clear metrics of success, and report on progress of initiatives
  • Drive leadership reviews of initiatives covering key problems to be addressed, approach and timelines, progress and next steps
  • Codify and evangelize good practices to elevate team performance and efficiency
  • Ensure success of key operating ceremonies, e.g., quarterly planning, business reviews, by setting expectations, curating material, and reviewing content for clarity
You Are/Have
  • 4+ years professional experience
  • Self-starter with a strong bias for action
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills, including executives
  • Experience of scoping and delivering major cross-functional programs impacting business outcomes
  • Familiarity with R&D tools and workflows, e.g., Gitlab, Jira, Datadog
  • Experience supporting SaaS product and engineering teams

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

$88,875-$133,312.50 USD
