Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA - Program Manager
SUMMARY:
Easterseals North Georgia is seeking a strong, clinically grounded Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the expansion and ongoing development of an inclusion-focused ABA program at our Sylvan Hills center.
This is a unique opportunity to support the continued development and refinement of an ABA model, where services are delivered primarily within early childhood classrooms (ages 2–5), with clinic space used as needed to support individualized skill development.
The BCBA will play a critical role in supporting the launch and long-term success of the program through:
- establishing clinical and operational systems
- supporting a team of RBTs
- collaborating closely with teachers and Early Education staff
- ensuring high-quality, developmentally appropriate programming for young learners
This role is ideal for a BCBA who is:
- experienced in classroom and/or clinic-based services
- comfortable working in dynamic, collaborative, team-based environments
- excited to help build a program that prioritizes inclusion, consistency, and collaboration
- interested in or experienced with mentoring and supporting other clinical staff

This role will serve as the lead clinical presence, responsible for supporting the launch, stabilization and ongoing development of the program.
This is a foundational role with the opportunity to grow alongside the program as the program expand.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
- Provide clinical oversight for a team of RBTs delivering services in both classroom and clinic settings Â
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in developmental milestones and evidence-based practices Â
- Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust programming to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction Â
- Ability to support children during moments of dysregulation using safe, developmentally appropriate strategies
- Support and train RBTs using Behavior Skills Training (BST) and ongoing supervision Â
- Collaborate closely with teachers, center leadership, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure alignment and integration of services Â
- Provide caregiver coaching and support to promote generalization across environments Â
- Help establish and maintain clinical and operational systems for the Sylvan Hills program Â
- Ensure services are delivered in alignment with ethical guidelines and organizational standards Â
- Support the supervision and development of BCBAs and clinical staff as the program expandsÂ
- Contribute to program evaluation, outcome tracking, and grant reporting efforts aligned with organizational and funder requirements
OTHER DUTIES:
Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the department.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- The ability to stand and sit for sustained periods of time
- The ability to move throughout classroom and clinic environments regularly Â
- The ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and move in varied positions as needed
- The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds occasionally
- The ability to use hands and fingers for typing, writing, and data entry tasks
- The ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff in dynamic environments
- The ability to work in a noisy, active classroom setting

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field Â
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Â
- Active Georgia LBA or proof of submitted application prior to start date required Â
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 3–5+ years of BCBA experience Â
- Strong experience working with early learners (ages 2–5) Â
- Experience in clinic or classroom-based settings Â
- Experience designing treatment goals based on child development and developmental milestones Â
- Expertise in the implementation and oversight of comprehensive and focused ABA programming Â
- Experience supervising and training behavior technicians Â
- Experience providing services in naturalistic and/or classroom-based environments Â
- Ability to collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary, classroom-based settingsÂ
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- CentralReach experience Â
- Experience working within early childhood education or Head Start settings Â
- Strong team-building skills and experience using BST to develop staff Â
- Certified in crisis prevention/intervention approaches (e.g. MCPP, CPI QBS or similar)
- Familiarity with safety protocols in early childhood or school-based settings
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
