In this role, you will lead a program as well as individual feature pilot and launch projects by planning, organizing, controlling, and deploying key milestones, deliverables, and resources according to business goals. You will use specific templates and techniques to manage through the preferred project life cycle to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.

The nature of what you do every day will not change -- your #1 goal is to lead a Product Enablement Program for the roll out of Lyric Global HCM solutions and features, helping to shape the approach for the integrated feature release experience for associates and clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead a Program and projects working with crossโ€‘functional teams and stakeholder partners to drive associate and client readiness and change management leading to feature adoption. Collaborate with Product Management and peers for planning organizational readiness against the product roadmap and to coordinate crossโ€‘domain projects. Provide program/project reporting and presentations to all levels of the organization.

You will lead and influence initiatives and projects to provide strategic insights which enable efficient execution of project deliverables and milestones, including managing the full life cycle of projects.
  • Think Like a Client, Act Like an Owner. You will provide analysis and status reports of the project, including business case, ROI, and postโ€‘project review. You will assess, manage, resolve, and (if necessary) elevate risks and issues.
  • Create and Innovate. You will provide recommendations and suggest best practices with the expectation of always creating an exceptional associate and client experience. You will use critical thinking and problemโ€‘solving skills to approach new situations.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
  • You have at least 8 years of project management experience and/or continuous improvement experience.
  • You have prior work experience leading medium to large crossโ€‘functional and/or multiโ€‘year projects from concept to delivery.
  • You possess strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, and structured methodologies.
  • You guide and inspire others in a consultative approach and drive collaboration and client focus with the project team and internal partners.
  • You communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
  • You manage multiple and changing priorities (flexibility/adaptability).
  • You demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations.
  • You work and thrive independently and in a collaborative environment; you partner, collaborate, and work in a team (and matrixed) environment.
  • You coach, train, and mentor other team members with less experience.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

  • You have experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) Industry and knowledge and understanding of global solutions is preferred.
  • Experience with Agileโ€‘Waterfall Hybrid projects.
  • You have PMP, PgMP, PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP, HCS, or other similar certifications from highly recognized professional learning institutions.
