Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid/Remote Eligible)
Duration: ~6 Months (Contract)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00/hr (W2)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR People Operations Coordinator / Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume Talent Acquisition operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless recruiting process by managing interview scheduling, coordinating logistics, and maintaining excellent candidate communication.
This is a fast-paced, tactical role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at multitasking, organization, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Coordination & Scheduling
  • Coordinate and schedule all stages of the interview process including phone screens, virtual, onsite, and panel interviews
  • Manage complex calendars for recruiters and hiring managers across multiple time zones
  • Ensure smooth scheduling logistics including meeting links, rooms, travel, and interview materials
Candidate Experience & Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview scheduling and updates
  • Provide timely, professional, and friendly communication to candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Administrative & ATS Support
  • Track candidate progress and update interview feedback in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and coordinating background checks
Reporting & Operational Support
  • Generate recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics as needed
  • Support recruiting operations and process improvements
  • Assist with additional administrative and coordination tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles
  • Strong calendar management and scheduling experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting environments
