Location: Plano, TX
Job Type: Contract, approximately 8 months, with potential extension
Schedule: Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 2 days onsite and 3 days remote, subject to business needs

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate logistics, and ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys solving problems, embraces technology, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining outstanding attention to detail.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple calendars and time zones.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to ensure a seamless interview process.
  • Send interview confirmations, calendar invitations, interview agendas, and candidate information.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Support both virtual and onsite interviews by coordinating logistics and troubleshooting scheduling issues as they arise.
  • Utilize automated scheduling tools and calendar platforms to improve scheduling efficiency and reduce manual coordination.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruiting activity, scheduling metrics, interview volume, cancellations, and turnaround times.
  • Generate basic recruiting reports and identify trends to help improve recruiting operations and workflow efficiency.
  • Assist with recruitment events, campus recruiting initiatives, or hiring events as needed.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure recruiting processes remain organized, efficient, and professional.

Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of recruiting coordination experience, HR internship experience, or similar talent acquisition support.
  • Experience coordinating high-volume interview scheduling for multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM platform.
  • Experience with automated scheduling tools such as Calendly or similar scheduling software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing priorities.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience using Workday Recruiting.
  • Experience supporting recruiting events, campus recruiting, career fairs, or hiring events.
  • Familiarity with recruiting analytics, reporting, and recruiting operations metrics.
