About the role:

Einstellen is partnering with a venture-backed, hyper-growth tech company that is aggressively scaling its engineering and AI divisions. We are looking for a problem-solving, opportunity-finding Recruiting Coordinator with a sense of urgency, someone who wants to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.


As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will serve as a key representative of the company’s mission, helping shape how top talent interacts with the company. In this high-impact role, you will be partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams, you will deliver a smooth, high-touch, and engaging candidate journey. 


Contract Duration: 12 Month Contract with potential for contract to hire.

Pay Range: $35-45/hr.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex Scheduling: Drive high-volume interview scheduling across rapidly scaling technical, infrastructure, and/or corporate teams, coordinating multi-stakeholder interviews across varying levels of roles with speed and precision.
  • Candidate Experience: Act as a primary point of contact for prospective hires, delivering a polished, candidate-first experience that reflects company’s standards of excellence and values. Partner with Recruiters to communicate interview logistics with clarity and urgency, ensuring both candidates and interviewers are fully prepared and aligned.
  • Proactive Calendar Navigation: Navigate complex, ever-changing calendars across leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts before they become blockers.
  • Scalable Operational Excellence: Build and maintain structured, scalable scheduling processes that support company's rapid hiring growth and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Data Compliance: Ensure job descriptions are current, compliant, and maintained while upholding data accuracy and compliance within the ATS and additional recruiting tools.


Required Qualifications:

  • Recruiting & Operations Background: 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or a similar high-volume support role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Calendar Management Prowess: Exceptional scheduling and calendar management skills with strong attention to detail and a track record of managing heavy interview loads.
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional communication skills. You are polished, professional, and approachable across all candidate and internal interactions.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Proven ability to manage confidential talent information with discretion and sound judgment. 
  • Ownership: Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership. You know how to prioritize and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with recruiters, leaders, and employees across a wide range of functions and levels.
  • Attention to Detail & Candidate Experience: Keen attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
