Position Summary

The Full Cycle Recruiter is responsible for managing the complete recruitment process from requisition through the employment offer for high-volume hiring across multiple restaurant and hospitality locations. This role partners closely with Operations to attract, source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining compliance throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, is highly organized, adaptable to changing priorities, and possesses exceptional attention to detail. This position requires previous high-volume recruiting experience within the hospitality or food service industry, fluency in both English and Spanish, and hands-on experience using the ADP Recruiting platform.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from approved requisition through the employment offer.
  • Recruit high-volume hourly and management positions across multiple locations.
  • Partner with Operations to understand hiring needs, staffing priorities, and workforce planning.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using ADP Recruiting, job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and job fairs.
  • Review applications and screen candidates to determine qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare interview summaries and provide hiring recommendations to management.
  • Extend verbal employment offers and prepare offer documentation in accordance with company compensation guidelines.
  • Initiate pre-employment background screening and ensure all required pre-employment steps are completed prior to transition to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, applicant tracking, and recruiting documentation within ADP.
  • Track recruiting metrics, including applicant flow, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and company hiring practices.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience required.
  • High-volume recruiting experience is required.
  • Previous recruiting experience within the hospitality, restaurant, or food service industry is required.
  • Experience recruiting both hourly and management positions.
  • Hands-on experience with ADP Recruiting/Applicant Tracking System is required.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Strong knowledge of interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
