Physical Therapist (PT) In-home
We have an immediate need for a Physical Therapist (PT) who is seeking a full-time position with an established home health agency. The successful candidate will provide physical therapy evaluations, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants.
Description
As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for the evaluation, development, and implementation of effective patient treatment plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of patient function and planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state, and professional standards.
Specific Duties
Complete evaluations and develop treatment plans
Schedule patient visits
Educate patient and families about program activities
Supervise PTAs as needed
Job Requirements
Graduate of APTA accredited school
State therapy license or eligible in Texas
BLS/CPR Certification
Preferred pediatric experience
