Job description

Job Summary: We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a hybrid role that requires onsite presence every Monday and Tuesday. Remote flexibility may be considered for individuals who fully meet all required and desired qualifications. Hybrid (Onsite: Mondays & Tuesdays)
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • SAP
    • SuccessFactors
    • IGAM
    • service ticketing system such as Dovetail
Top 3 Skills Needed:
  • Strong SuccessFactors expertise.
  • SAP security knowledge.
  • Permissions-based administration experience.
Candidates who do not meet these criteria will not be considered at this time.
Key Responsibilities:
SuccessFactors Administration
  • Provision and manage user access and permission roles across modules (LMS, Recruiting, Employee Central, Compensation, Onboarding).
  • Initiate IGAM approval workflows for new users and mirror access configurations.
  • Troubleshoot access issues in coordination with SAP Security and IT support.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
  • Maintain onboarding forms and homepage cards using SuccessFactors tools.
  • Configure onboarding business rules (e.g., ONB_PROCESS_VARIANT, ONB_REHIRE_COORDINATOR).
  • Support supplemental worker onboarding and integrations with Pega, Evolve, and Remedy.
System Configuration & Release Management:
  • Coordinate testing and validation during SuccessFactors releases (e.g., 1H Release).
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance and readiness during system downtimes.
  • Participate in Success Check assessments and implement SAP best practices.
Data Integrity & Organizational Structure:
  • Update job profiles and organizational structures in SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and IT to align data with downstream systems (SAP EAM, ECC).
  • Contribute to impact assessments and reorganization planning.
Documentation & Training:
  • Maintain administrative training documents and update process guides.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on SuccessFactors functionality and troubleshooting.
Qualifications & Attributes:
  • Prior experience administering SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation, LMS).
  • Familiarity with IGAM, Remedy, Pega, and related systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent documentation practices.
