We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Recruiting Specialist to join our team part time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping attract top talent in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is an on-site position, hybrid/remote work is not available.

Position Summary

The Recruiting Specialist will support hiring efforts across multiple dealership locations and play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent. This position will partner closely with hiring managers to manage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The ideal candidate will have prior recruiting or HR experience, strong communication skills, and experience using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for dealership and corporate positions
  • Create and post job advertisements on various recruiting platforms
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, networking, and outreach efforts
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
  • Complete onboarding and conduct new hire orientation
  • Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records in ADP Workforce Now and other recruiting systems
  • Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Support recruiting initiatives, hiring events, and employment branding efforts
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information
  • Perform additional recruiting, HR, and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of recruiting, talent acquisition, or Human Resources experience required
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
  • Experience using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
  • Associateโ€™s or Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
