Operations Coordinator
ComForCare Home Care Las Vegas West – Veteran-Owned
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional on-call)
Las Vegas, NV

We are a veteran-owned, non-medical home care agency committed to being the most dependable and compliant provider in the Las Vegas Valley. We operate fully above-board with 100% compliant caregivers and are known for our reliability — when we say our caregivers will be there, they show up. Our mission is to deliver quality care to veterans and seniors while growing the number of veterans and private-pay/Long Term Care Insurance clients we serve.
We’re seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator who can hit the ground running on Day 1 and make an immediate impact. We need a proactive self-starter with real home care office experience in onboarding, recruiting support, compliance, scheduling, caregiver management, and client satisfaction. No hand-holding — if you’re dependable, highly organized, and ready to own operations, this is your opportunity to grow with a mission-driven agency.
What You’ll Do
  • Own caregiver scheduling to ensure full coverage with zero gaps.
  • Lead onboarding and compliance processes (fingerprints, physicals, TB tests, CPR, etc.) to keep us audit-proof.
  • Support recruiting: screen candidates, schedule interviews, and build a strong caregiver pipeline.
  • Manage caregiver performance, communication, and retention proactively.
  • Drive client satisfaction through excellent communication with clients, families, and referral sources.
  • Use Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) to maintain organized, efficient operations.
  • Contribute to our growth goals — especially expanding veteran services in Las Vegas.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a home care or senior care office setting (required).
  • Strong track record as a self-starter who is proactive rather than reactive.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High integrity and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Passion for serving veterans and seniors.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.
We are tired of hiring people who don’t want to work. If you’re a dependable professional who takes initiative and wants to make a real difference, we want to hear from you.
What We Offer
  • Competitive pay with performance-based raises.
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Paid training and professional development.
  • 15% tuition discount through Southern New Hampshire University.
  • Direct deposit, overtime, and holiday pay.
  • A supportive, results-oriented environment where your work directly helps veterans and families.
If you’re ready to grow with a veteran-owned agency known for integrity and dependability, apply today. Tell us in your cover letter why you’re the right fit.
