Location: Las Vegas, NV (On-site)
Type: Temporary (Temp-to-Possible FTE)
Industry: Property Management / Human Resources

Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to fully own the hiring process for a property management organization — moving candidates through the recruitment process to onboard new hires. This position is the hub of recruiting operations and plays an integral role in the candidate experience, working closely with the Recruitment team, hiring managers, and candidates in a high-volume environment. Due to the critical and sensitive nature of the information, records, and reports this role handles, all tasks must be completed while maintaining high standards of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Requisition & Compliance Management

  • Manage the requisition process, ensuring all required approvals and documentation are received before recruitment proceeds
  • Maintain job description/recruiting templates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Verify requisitions are accurate prior to opening and work closely with hiring managers and department heads to resolve issues
  • Audit all requisitions using data and budget metrics to ensure recruiting headcount aligns with approved budgets; approve or deny requisitions accordingly
  • Work with Talent Management and HR leadership to reconcile any compliance issues

Offer & Background Check Coordination

  • Process offer letters for prospective employees, ensuring appropriate language based on position, department, and pay bands
  • Obtain appropriate approval on offer letters prior to disbursement and ensure timely receipt/upload of signed offer letters into the ATS
  • Manage the background and reference check process, acting as main point of contact between candidates and third-party vendors
  • Monitor progress to ensure completion, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a background check log for consistency

Candidate & Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate with recruiters to ensure candidates granted an interview receive and complete an employment application
  • Coordinate onboarding and scheduling for new hires
  • Track and manage approvals for temporary employees placed by staffing agencies, including approving temp agency invoices

Reporting & Representation

  • Create and provide weekly and ad-hoc reports on open positions and recruitment metrics upon request
  • Represent the company at job fairs, recruiting events, and open houses as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources and recruiting/staffing
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, and organizing skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Ability to multi-task and use discretion and independent judgment
  • Ability to work in a team environment with close attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt and flex to a changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HRMS, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and background service vendors

Why Join?
This is an opportunity to be the hub of a high-volume recruiting operation, directly shaping the candidate experience while gaining broad exposure to the full hiring lifecycle — from requisition through onboarding.
