The Opportunity

  • Operational Leader: Oversee a thriving maintenance division supporting over $12-$13m per year, directly managing 5 Field Supervisors and approximately 40 maintenance crews.
  • Quality Driver: Own overall field quality, production efficiency, and consistency across all maintenance accounts.
  • Team Builder: Coach and develop Field Supervisors, building a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Operations: Manage the landscape maintenance production division, supervise and develop Field Supervisors, and conduct regular field visits to uphold operational standards.

  • Drive Reporting & Improvements: Maintain operational documentation, track performance, participate in leadership planning, and implement process improvements.

You Have

  • 5+ Years Experience: In landscape maintenance operations.
  • Leadership Track Record: Previous experience managing supervisors and multiple crews.
  • Field Expertise: Strong understanding of landscape maintenance production and field operations.
  • Coaching Skills: Proven ability to train, develop, and mentor field leaders.
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish required.
  • Communication & Organization: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to lead with accountability while maintaining a positive team culture.
  • Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Preferred: Experience overseeing large-scale maintenance operations, scheduling and labor efficiency, irrigation/enhancements/arbor divisions, and operational reporting.
