Cascadia Health is seeking a Recruiter to support hiring for our residential treatment programs. This role will focus primarily on recruiting Mental Health Aides and partnering with program leaders to meet staffing needs across residential services.
We're looking for someone who understands the realities of recruitment in healthcare, behavioral health, residential treatment, or other fast-paced environments where hiring needs can change quickly and vacancies have a direct impact on operations. The person in this role will manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer, while building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners.
As a member of the People & Culture team, you'll work closely with the Recruitment Manager and hiring leaders to attract, identify, and hire qualified candidates who align with Cascadia's values and commitment to providing quality care.

What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, with a primary focus on Mental Health Aides in residential programs
- Source and screen candidates through a variety of recruiting channels
- Coordinate and conduct interviews as needed
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Conduct reference checks, prepare offers, and support candidate closing efforts
- Post and manage job openings through Workday and external job boards
- Track recruitment activity and prepare reports as requested
- Attend job fairs, community events, and other recruitment outreach opportunities
- Coordinate pre-employment processes, including background checks and onboarding-related activities
- Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting practices, processes, and outcomes
- Support People & Culture initiatives and serve as a collaborative member of the team
What We're Looking For
Required
- Two years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, selection, hiring, and retention activities
OR
- Two years of experience working in a residential treatment setting
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Human Resources certification
- Experience recruiting within healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit organizations
- Experience using Workday or other ATS/HRIS platforms
- Experience supporting residential treatment programs
- Prior experience as a Mental Health Aide, supervisor, or similar direct-service or leadership role
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong recruiting and candidate relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR technology
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues
- Working knowledge of employment practices and recruitment processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Ability to analyze information, track data, and prepare reports
