Job description

Recruit highly qualified candidates for a variety of position types. This role will work to fill contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions to meet clients' technical staffing needs. The Technical Recruiter role may be filled at the Technical Recruiter, Senior Technical Recruiter or Technical Recruiter Lead levels based on qualifications and outcomes. Outcomes and expectations for this role will be negotiated with the direct manager, including but not limited to revenue targets and headcount targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to other members of recruiting team
Assist Recruiting Manager / Branch Manager branch leadership with related duties as requested
Recruit Consultant and Direct Hire Candidates
Source active and passive candidates through various means including: referrals, events, social media, resume databases, and the creation and placement of advertising.
Develop a robust talent pipeline for both current and future positions.
Interview and evaluate prospective candidates, including scheduling technical interviews.
Maintain and enhance recruiting database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Upload applicant resumes via online databases.
Requirement Fulfillment
Negotiate pay and benefits with candidates.
Post job ads on job boards and social media sites.
Format resumes and job descriptions.
Craft a sales pitch and complete any additional client requirements (skills matrices, etc.) to submit candidates to open requirements.
Assignment Management
Oversee full candidate lifecycle, including managing acceptances/onboarding, extensions/raises, and exits
Foster relationships with current consultants to retain top talent
Promote circumstances that maximize retention of TeamSoft consultants, including consultant care
Generate client and manager leads for sales reps through consultant relationship building and reference requests
Represent TeamSoft at industry functions and career fairs.
Stay up to date with applicable labor laws and interviewing best-practices.
All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Previous recruiting experience (ideally technical recruiting) preferred
Has successfully completed 10 placements and has 11 consultants on billing with Teamsoft
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and recent, relevant industry experience.
Ability to shift priorities in a rapidly changing environment
Experience with MS Office suite of applications
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
Experience with job boards and social media sites (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to work under stressful conditions
Time management skills
A competitive mind-set that is backed up by actions
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Problem-solving mindset that cultivates interest in daily process and business improvement
