Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand requirements and drive candidate search strategy to deliver qualified candidate slates
Execute search strategies across all candidate channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Employee Referral Campaigns, and direct sourcing
Conduct thorough screens to assess candidate fit while providing a realistic job preview

Conduct all recruiting assignments and activities in compliance with company policies and government regulations
