About the Role
We're hiring an Office Assistant to join our team and provide office support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As an Office Assistant, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and ensuring client records are processed according to HIPAA guidelines. Your role will be key in supporting our team's daily operations and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and take accurate messages for clients and supervisors

Welcome clients, verify insurance, and collect co-pays

Schedule appointments and coordinate client visits

Review and distribute mail, faxes, and client records

Ensure the accuracy and completion of documents in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Perform other office duties as assigned, including filing and organizing paperwork

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience in an office setting with receptionist, medical records, or administrative duties
