About the Role

We are seeking a bilingual Office Assistant/Clerk to support daily office operations and assist with basic online store tasks. We are attempting to improve our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors
• Answer, screen, and redirect phone calls
• Assist the Owner with scheduling and administrative tasks
• Perform data entry and maintain organized records
• Run occasional errands
• Support online store operations (product posting, customer inquiries)
• Assist with basic online marketing and social media updates

Qualifications

• Bilingual (read, speak, and write)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Familiarity with Facebook Marketing, LinkedIn, Shopify, or online sales is a plus
