Job Summary

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Office Assistant to help with everyday office tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic computer skills who is eager to learn. We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working with a team.

What You'll Do

  • Answer phone calls and emails.

  • Enter information into company records and Google Sheets.

  • Organize and file physical and digital documents.

  • Help with purchase orders, invoices, and paperwork.

  • Assist with inventory and production-related paperwork.

  • Communicate with vendors, customers, and team members.

  • Help schedule meetings and keep calendars organized.

  • Support the office team with day-to-day tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Calendar).

  • Good communication and organizational skills.
