What you will be doing


• Validating and recording fiber & network records into IQGEO.

(Cables, HH, Strand uses, network cabinets, shelters, POPs, Colo, electronics, etc.)


• Verifying and loading field provided redlines into IQGEO.


• Collaborate with internal resources to verify any network anomalies after all desktop evaluations have been exhausted for validations.

• Mentoring Records Management I


• Learn from Records Management III:

  • Cable utilization reporting when recognized during data inputting.
  • Assist internal cross-functional teams as needed regarding fiber records & mapping snapshots.
  • Identifying issues that may have been overlooked by OSP Designers.

The Conterra Records Management Team is a small team of dedicated professionals with a large impact on the business. Expect to work in a dynamic environment where priorities and duties may shift quickly. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is able to independently solve problems with a minimum of guidance. Shows qualities to grow skills and career to the next level.

What you will need

• Microsoft Office Suite skills

• GIS (IQGeo) Platform knowledge

• Abilities to read and understand redlines and as-builts from Construction teams .

• Knowledge with fiber optic networks and components.

• Great communication skills internally and externally.

• Assist teams during service outages which may include emergency situations.

• Have prior telecom industry experience.

• Possess an ability to think creatively and critically, pioneer new processes to help

drive efficiencies and work well with ambiguity.
