Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Records Clerk to support document management operations within a secure records warehouse environment. This role is responsible for locating, organizing, and maintaining physical files while ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive documents.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 pm - 2:30 am

Key Responsibilities

  • Retrieve and locate physical files within a large records storage facility.
  • Match and file incoming documents into the appropriate parent files.
  • Maintain accurate organization of records to support efficient retrieval and storage.
  • Handle confidential financial and business documents with discretion and accuracy.
  • Follow established procedures for records management and document tracking.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in records management, document control, inventory, warehouse, library, or file clerk roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
