As an Material Recording Clerk, you will create transparency within the agency with data driven decisions in our Social Enterprise business. You will join the Social Enterprise team in building relationships with customers, donors and the community to ensure the continued forward movement of our mission.


Must haves:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years successful experience in related field with increasing and demonstrated analytical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of retail and distribution operations and automated database systems
  • Strong analytical problem solving and problem skills.

Our Material Recording Clerk will:

  • Develops and maintains a strong working knowledge of retail and distribution operating systems to support operational efficiency and data reliability
  • Partners with the Information Systems team to coordinate system updates, enhancements, and hardware upgrades
  • Create, conduct and deliver standardized and ad hoc reports to support business needs
  • Analyze and provide recommendations for business based on data findings


As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
