Hourly Compensation: $22.00hr - $25.00hr
Schedule: PART TIME - Monday through Friday 9:30AM - 2:30PM - NO WEEKENDS

Responsibilities
Candidates must have 3+ years experience in a professional environment processing/scanning records.
The Records Clerk is responsible for supporting the office services team and process all scanning material, be detailed oriented, QC all scans, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Process all scanning materials into our system
  • Quality Control of all scans to make sure they are clear and accurate
  • Work well in a team environment; professional appearance and demeanor
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Be reliable; adhere to attendance policy
  • Able to lift at least 50lbs
  • Typing and Windows environment PC skills
Qualifications
Candidates must have 3+ years experience in a professional environment processing/scanning records. Other qualifications include:
  • Must have access to reliable transportation including for locations not along public transportation routes
  • Legal authorization to work for any employer in the US
  • High school diploma or GED; valid driver's license
  • Professional appearance and demeanor; keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds
