One of Airetel Staffing's valued clients is looking for ircraft Records Analyst located in Fort Worth, Tx.
Description:
Position Purpose: Serve as a member of the ACM Digital Data department, responsible for the processing and retention of all aircraft maintenance records.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
โ€ข Learn and understand the policies and procedures of the ACM Digital Data department.
โ€ข Process and review maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness
โ€ข Identify, track and upload corrections to discrepant records
โ€ข Ensure timely, accurate and synchronized data migration from existing formats into the AirVault system
โ€ข Work directly with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and other internal groups when records are needed
โ€ข Serve as a liaison to the Compliance group for FAA inquiries
โ€ข Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data
โ€ข Distribute and retain documents as required by nd FAA policy
โ€ข Reconciliation of all aircraft log pages
โ€ข Review documents that have been received into the AirVault system then index and publish documents into their proper location within the system
โ€ข Complete other assignments and projects as directed by the Coordinator, Supervisor or Manager
