Shift: Monday- Friday- 8:00am- 5:00pm
Pay: $20.00/hour
What’s a typical day as Record Retrieval Specialist? You’ll be:
• Proactively reaching out to record custodians and facilities to expedite document retrieval, ensuring timely delivery for our clients.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and facility personnel, addressing their needs with professionalism and care.
• Entering and tracking record requests in our systems, ensuring accurate client and facility databases are maintained.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred) and possess 3-5 years of experience in customer service or client management, ideally in legal or medical retrieval.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively resolve complex issues.
• Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with the physical capability to lift up to 10 pounds and focus on detailed documents.
