Work Schedule: Flexible working hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Desired Length of Employment: Summer/Ongoing
Pay Rate: $9/hr
Job Description:
Assist Faculty, Staff, as well as Students and their family with general inquiries while providing excellent customer service and maintaining strict confidentiality.
Qualifications for this position require that the student worker have the spirit of service, ability to interact in difficult situations with tact and diplomacy, work well with others, a keen interest in learning about registration and office procedures, professional work ethic, a self-starter and the ability to carry out tasks without constant supervision.
Requirements
  • At least one year of enrollment completed at Baylor University
  • Availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 am 5:00 pm
  • Adherence to strict confidentiality of information
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Ability to comply with university policies

Duties:
  • Provide general office support
  • Greet visitors and provide information with excellent customer service
  • Assist with various projects and activities
  • Other tasks as needed i.e. distributing mail, scanning documents, prepare outgoing mail, etc.
