Order Reconciliation Team Leader

Position Summary

Tailor Made Compounding (TMC) is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Team Leader to support our Order Reconciliation operations. This role provides hands-on leadership and coordination to help ensure orders are accurately reconciled, exceptions are identified and resolved, and orders move efficiently through the fulfillment process.

The Order Reconciliation Team Leader will help manage daily workflow, support team members, troubleshoot order issues, and serve as a resource for the Order Reconciliation team under the direction of the department manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Order Reconciliation team to ensure orders are reviewed, reconciled, and processed accurately and timely.
  • Monitor order queues and workflow, prioritize work, and help resolve bottlenecks that may impact order turnaround.
  • Review and assist with resolving order discrepancies, exceptions, missing information, and other issues that may prevent an order from moving forward.
  • Ensure reconciliation activities are completed in accordance with applicable SOPs, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and Company policies.
  • Provide real-time guidance and support to team members and reinforce accuracy, productivity, quality, and compliance expectations.
  • Communicate order exceptions, workflow concerns, operational issues, and team performance to the department manager and appropriate stakeholders.
  • Partner with Shipping, Pharmacy, Customer Service, and other teams as needed to resolve order issues and support timely fulfillment.
  • Ensure effective communication and handoffs between teams and shifts to maintain operational continuity.
  • Perform hands-on order reconciliation responsibilities as needed to support daily operations.
  • Assist with training and onboarding new team members and reinforce established procedures and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and an organized, audit-ready work environment.
  • Identify and escalate operational, quality, compliance, or personnel concerns in a timely manner.
  • Help drive accountability, productivity, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the department.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment that reflects TMC's values and culture.
