Job Title: Reconciliations Specialist

Location (city, state): San Antonio, Texas

Compensation: Range: $21-$25/hour depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and apply customer payments in accordance with company procedures
  • Review and resolve outstanding AR issues or discrepancies
  • Assist with monitoring outstanding receivables and following up on past due balances
  • Perform account reconciliations and account cleanup projects
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding account inquiries
  • Assist other accounting-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of accounts receivable experience in a high-volume environment
  • Strong ERP system knowledge
  • Comfortable independently using Excel PivotTables & VLOOKUPs
