Job description

This role runs the front desk and day-to-day operations of the office while providing administrative support to the executive team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and able to juggle competing priorities across office, administrative, and support functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, visitors, and callers
  • Screen and route phone calls, emails, and office visitors
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendors, and facilities
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files for office, financial, and property records
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management and meeting scheduling
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and scheduling as needed
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including invoice processing and expense tracking
