The agency seeks a highly qualified and experienced QuickBase Consultant to review, document, analyze, develop, and support the agency's QuickBase's rapid development and prototyping framework.

Complete Description:
The client supports the development and modernization of its QuickBase application for various operations. The candidate shall have extensive expertise in QuickBase application architecture, development, and implementation, specifically in building custom applications with the District of Columbia government. The candidate should have specific expertise in building dashboards, reports, and QuickBase customizations, with the ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into technology specifications. Proven skills in application development and ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a cross-functional and Rapid Application Development environment.
 
Skills: 
·         Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Required 20 Years 
·         Progressive consulting leadership role, providing full lifecycle services in enterprise environment. Required 16 Years 
·         Managing, coordinating, and establishing priorities for entire project lifecycle. Required 16 Years
·         Expert-level experience in datacenter\cloud\server design and development. Required 5 Years
·         Experience researching and evaluating technology solutions and implementation strategies. Required 16 Years
·         Experience solving business and technical problems independently, creating innovative solutions. Required 16 Years
