Job Summary
Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking a talented and detail-oriented QuickBase Developer. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the QuickBase platform while partnering with teams across the organization to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and drive automation. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain QuickBase applications to support business needs and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective, user-friendly solutions.
  • Create and maintain custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and automated processes within QuickBase.
  • Troubleshoot and test applications to ensure functionality, reliability, and optimal performance.
  • Integrate QuickBase with third-party applications and services as needed.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key data and provide actionable business insights.
  • Document application configurations, processes, workflows, and best practices for team use.
  • Train and support end-users to promote successful adoption and effective use of QuickBase applications.
  • Stay current with QuickBase updates, features, and development best practices to continuously enhance the platform.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience building and maintaining QuickBase applications, including databases, workflows, and Pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBase formulas, JavaScript, and APIs.
  • Experience integrating QuickBase with third-party applications and services.
  • Basic proficiency in GIS, with the ability to navigate GIS software, interpret geographic data, and perform basic mapping and spatial analysis.
  • Basic Excel experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong client-facing presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Some presentation experience and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with business teams to translate operational needs into technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • QuickBase certification is a plus.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Experience with other project management platforms or custom application development.
  • Familiarity with data security, data governance, and application development best practices.
  • Experience supporting and training end-users on business applications.
  • Programming/scripting experience, particularly setting up and maintaining scripts or integrations between GIS and QuickBase.
  • Experience working with Google Cloud Functions.
  • Experience working with AWS Storage products.
