Job description

ITC Infotech is looking for QuickBase Lead Developer to join our team in Chicago, IL, USA.

About Us:

ITC Infotech is a leading global technology services and solutions provider, led by Business and Technology Consulting.

We provides business-friendly solutions to help clients succeed and be future-ready, by seamlessly bringing together digital expertise, strong industry specific alliances and the unique ability to leverage deep domain expertise from ITC Group businesses. We provide technology solutions and services to enterprises across industries such as Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Travel and Hospitality, through a combination of traditional and newer business models, as a long-term sustainable partner.

About the role:

We''re hiring a QuickBase Lead to own the design, delivery, and governance of business-critical applications on the QuickBase platform. You''ll be the senior technical voice on QuickBase across the organization — architecting solutions, mentoring developers, partnering with business stakeholders, and integrating QuickBase with enterprise systems including SAP, Boomi, Power Automate, and external APIs. This is a hands-on leadership role: you''ll write formulas and code pages as readily as you''ll run design reviews and roadmap discussions.

Key Responsibilities.

• Lead end-to-end design & development of QuickBase applications including data modelling, automation, reporting, and security
• Build complex formulas, Formula-Query fields, Pipelines, and advanced workflow automation
• Develop and maintain HTML/JavaScript code pages for enhanced UI and API-driven solutions
• Design integrations with SAP, Boomi, RPA platforms, and third-party applications using REST/XML APIs
• Architect high-volume, multi-system Pipelines with strong error handling and retry logic
• Define architecture standards, governance, documentation, and best practices across the platform
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and manage dev → sandbox → production deployments
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable technical solutions
• Drive application performance, monitoring, security, platform upgrades, and disaster recovery readiness
• Evaluate and recommend QuickBase, Power Apps, or custom solutions based on business needs

Required Experience:

  • 6+ years of QuickBase development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
  • Deep expertise in QuickBase formulas, relationships, roles & permissions, Pipelines, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBase RESTful and XML APIs, including authentication and rate-limit handling
  • Proven ability to build code pages with HTML, JavaScript, and client-side API calls
  • Experience integrating QuickBase with enterprise systems (SAP, Boomi, Power Automate, RPA, or similar)
  • Strong data modeling skills and the judgment to know when to normalize vs. denormalize
  • Track record of leading delivery on applications with hundreds of users and 100K+ records
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior business and IT leaders

Preferred Experience:

  • QuickBase certifications (App Builder, Pipelines, Solution Consultant)
  • Experience with adjacent platforms: Power Automate, Blue Prism, UiPath, Boomi
  • Background in finance, supply chain, trade promotion, or CPG business processes
  • Familiarity with SAP modules (AR, vendor master, OData/BAPI) and ERP integration patterns
  • Exposure to agentic AI, ML classification, or document-grounded automation workflows
  • Experience in regulated environments (SOX, GDPR, internal audit requirements)
