Sr Administrative / Purchasing

What You Will Do

· Manage department purchasing, P-Card administration, and purchase order activity from request through closure.

· Serve as the primary purchasing/orderer for the R&D organization using ERP systems and purchasing processes, including follow up to completion

· Coordinate office operations, employee onboarding, workspace planning, and departmental logistics.

· Plan and support meetings, site visits, events, offsites, travel, and leadership activities.

· Track expenses, headcount, organizational data, and key administrative processes.

· Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

· Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and team effectiveness.

What You Bring

· 3-5 years of administrative, operations, office management, purchasing, or buyer experience.

· Associates for Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience

· Experience supporting leaders and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

· Exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

· Strong discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities successfully.

· Healthcare, medical device, or global matrix organization experience a plus

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.
