  • 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or accounting
  • Experience procuring and contracting goods and services within a specific industry
  • Proficiency with various computer systems and programs

About the Role

The Purchasing Agent is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of purchase orders, maintaining strong vendor relationships, monitoring product demand, and collaborating effectively with customers and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure purchasing and order processes run smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintain strong relationships with current vendors and buyers
  • Communicate product updates, new offerings, and company promotions to vendors
  • Evaluate sample products, prepare and approve requisitions, and ensure adequate supply levels
