Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking a Purchasing Department Administrative Assistant to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia.
Job duties to include, but are not limited to:
  • Tracking of purchasing activities
  • Coordination with Sales Department and Installation Department on purchasing activities.
  • Assistant to Purchasing Manager
  • Coordination of information flow between various stakeholders
  • Utilizing Salesforce for all aspects of project

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of commercial construction admin experience
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

This position is full-time. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Compensation:
  • The minimum compensation for this position is $24 per hour.
  • The maximum compensation for this position is $26 per hour.
