Administrative Assistant Position Overview

Davidson’s is currently seeking a full-time, in-house, Administrative Assistant to join our Purchasing Department and hardworking team in Prescott, Arizona!

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include

  • Coordinating team input on various deadline specific projects
  • Proofing and tracking of manufacturer programs and promotions
  • Communications with manufacturers and other vendors
  • Creating, running, and troubleshooting various reports and data sets
  • Managing department schedules and booking travel arrangements
  • Recording and documenting procedures

Ideal Administrative Assistant Candidate Would Possess

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – business style writing
  • Self-motivated problem solving abilities to identify on conquer job challenges
  • A demonstrated ability for planning and organization skills, handling multiple tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment
