Allied Technical Services is looking for a Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory, vendor relationships, ERP system management, and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the business every day.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll help ensure materials are ordered, received, tracked, and organized accurately so the business can operate efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Purchasing materials, supplies, and parts needed for daily operations.
  • Communicating with vendors regarding pricing, availability, lead times, deliveries, and issues
  • Tracking purchase orders and following up to ensure materials arrive on time.
  • Receiving shipments, verifying accuracy, and resolving shortages or damaged items
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and ERP system data
  • Monitoring inventory levels and helping prevent stock shortages.
  • Supporting inventory counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Organizing warehouse inventory and storage locations
  • Assisting with ERP cleanup, inventory optimization, and process improvements
