This temporary role provides administrative and clerical support to a sales team during the busiest time of the year.
Assignment Details:
Up to 6-month assignment - Full time hours
Hours are typically 8-5 M-F
Possible overtime required

Responsibilities:

Spreadsheeting using Microsoft Excel

Supporting quoting team with proposal creation

Entering customer information into our systems

Directing calls or responding to inquiries

Scheduling appointments

Working on projects as assigned

RequiredQualifications:

2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment

Group health insurance experience is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word

HS Diploma or GED equivalent

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
