Sierra7 is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support and manage all phases of proposal development for federal government opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate proposal activities, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Support Business Development and Capture teams throughout the proposal process.
  • Review RFP requirements and ensure proposal compliance.
  • Create and maintain compliance matrices and proposal outlines.
  • Participate in proposal strategy and win theme development.
  • Review proposal content for accuracy, responsiveness, and page limits.
  • Ensure feedback from proposal reviews is incorporated into final submissions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred.
  • 2โ€“3 years of federal proposal coordination or related experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Experience supporting federal government proposals preferred.
