The compensation range provided is specific to the geographic market of the posted position. If hired as a remote employee, your salary will be aligned with the applicable compensation range for your primary remote work location.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROPOSAL COORDINATOR

As a Full-Time Proposal Coordinator at CEI Engineering Associates, you will take charge of managing all aspects of proposal production from inception to completion. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and preparing compelling responses to private and public sector Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFI). Your expertise will help the company pursue exciting opportunities that enhance our impact in the engineering industry.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROPOSAL COORDINATOR

• Education & Experience: Associate's Degree with 3+ years of experience in the professional services industry.

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with proposal management and collaboration tools, along with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and Canva for document design.

• Project & Time Management: Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to proofreading, editing, and compliance to ensure error-free, high-quality submissions.

• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical information and building strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Creative Problem-Solving: An innovative mindset driven to craft compelling narratives and creative visual solutions that make proposals stand out.
