We are conducting a confidential search for a Project Coordinator to join a well-established and growing construction firm specializing in multifamily housing and development projects. This is a full-time, permanent role offering stability, growth, and excellent benefits.
What You'll Do
  • Provide project coordination and administrative support across multifamily construction projects
  • Assist with estimating and bid preparation
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and records
  • Utilize Procore and related construction software to streamline project management
What Were Looking For
  • 1+ year of construction or project coordination experience (multifamily preferred)
