Job Description:
A growing infrastructure-focused organization is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support large-scale construction and manufacturing projects tied to transportation and heavy civil infrastructure. This role will play a key part in coordinating internal project activities across operations, production, quality, inventory, and dispatch functions to help ensure projects move efficiently from production through delivery. The Construction Project Coordinator will help manage documentation, production coordination, material tracking, scheduling support, and internal communication throughout various stages of project execution. This position is highly collaborative and ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving operational environments where organization, follow-through, and problem-solving are critical to success. This is not a client-facing role. The position is heavily focused on internal coordination and operational support within a manufacturing and project execution environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal project activities between production, operations, quality, and dispatch teams
  • Track project materials, inventory, deliveries, and related documentation throughout project lifecycles
  • Support scheduling and logistics efforts to help ensure project timelines and operational needs are met
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation for accuracy and project alignment
