The Enterprise Project Associate is a foundational role within Arcadia's Enterprise Customer Partnerships team, designed as the first step toward becoming a full Enterprise Implementation Manager (EIM). This position offers immediate client exposure and autonomous task ownership from day one.

You will work directly with healthcare organizations navigating value-based care transformation, supporting implementations that drive measurable business impact. This role blends analytical rigor with consultative partnershipโ€”you're not just configuring software, you're helping customers achieve outcomes.

What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
- Build working knowledge of Arcadiaโ€™s platform, data workflows, and implementation playbooks
- Own scoped tasks and workstream deliverables with guidance; maintain strong project hygiene
- Support client meetings through preparation, documentation, and follow-ups
- Identify blockers early and escalate risks with appropriate context

In 6 months
- Independently manage assigned workstreams and deliverables within enterprise implementations
- Troubleshoot common data and configuration issues with minimal support
- Lead tactical client communications and present clear project updates
- Proactively manage dependencies, timelines, and risks across teams
- Lead data validation efforts and advise customers on how ingestion and configuration decisions affect their analytics

In 12 months
- Own significant portions of implementations end-to-end with minimal oversight
- Act as a trusted day-to-day partner for enterprise customers, linking work to outcomes
- Anticipate and mitigate data, project, and cross-functional risks before impact
- Contribute to process improvements, mentor peers, and demonstrate readiness for EIM role
What You'll Be Doing

Technical & Data Acumen
  • Develop deep understanding of Arcadia's platform, data flows, and system configurations
  • Validate data accuracy through collaboration with internal teams and customer stakeholders
  • Explain and troubleshoot common data and configuration issues with increasing independence
  • Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

Problem Solving & Risk Management
  • Proactively identify and flag risks using established playbooks and analytical reasoning
  • Manage blockers and apply structured problem-solving to maintain project momentum
  • Escalate concerns appropriately while gathering data to support resolution

Client Engagement & Communication
  • Lead tactical communications within workstreams, ensuring clarity on deliverables and timelines
  • Present project updates effectively to customer stakeholders
  • Translate technical concepts into accessible business insights
  • Build trust through consistent, reliable communication and follow-through

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with peers and partners across teams to maintain project progress
  • Manage dependencies and support alignment on shared goals
  • Participate actively in cross-functional meetings and maintain project documentation

Project Ownership
  • Take ownership of workstream deliverables and coordinate updates autonomously

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data with deep expertise in claims and or clinical data
  • 2+ years of experience in value based care
  • Strong written and verbal communication skillsโ€”you can explain complex things simply
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data (Excel proficiency expected; SQL a plus)
  • Organizational skills and attention to detailโ€”you keep track of moving pieces
  • Curiosity and coachabilityโ€”you ask questions and absorb feedback quickly
  • Interest in healthcare, value-based care, or health technology (experience not required)
