Job Overview:
Seeking a proactive Senior Program Analyst to support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of initiatives that address complex business challenges. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, analyze data and program health metrics, and drive timely execution across multiple workstreams.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience in program/project coordination, business analysis, or operations in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau or equivalent) with the ability to communicate insights clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to drive action through clear follow-ups and documentation.
  • Familiarity with Datacenter product development lifecycles and cross-functional engineering collaboration.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and related tools (e.g., Sharepoint, Jira, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices in an enterprise environment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large and diverse datasets to identify trends, quantify impact, and surface actionable insights to improve operational efficiency across multiple organizations.
  • Develop and maintain program artifacts (roadmaps, schedules, JIRAs, Change Requests (CRs), status reports, and executive summaries) to provide clear visibility to stakeholders.
  • HW ordering and tracking - involved in overall procurement process (ie SOC/part and internal test platforms distribution across geo-locations for all Chipset milestones in a timely manner
  • Responsible for bring-up lab planning (including lab allocation, test HW management across tech teams, lab bench allocation, etc.)
  • Responsible for internal SOC/part demand roll up for all milestones
  • Partner with technical and business teams to define requirements, success metrics, and adoption measures for AI-driven solutions.
  • Track deliverables across multiple project teams; drive follow-ups, remove blockers, and ensure timely closure of action items.
  • Support governance routines (weekly business reviews, milestone readiness, and post-implementation reviews) and recommend process improvements based on data and stakeholder feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.

Associate's degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$40.00 - $60.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
